Century 21 Showcase Pittwater specializes in properties in and around the shores of Pittwater.
 
Some of the areas we cover include the water-access only enclaves on the Western Foreshores such as Scotland Island, Elvina Bay, Lovett Bay, Morning Bay, McCarrs Creek, Coasters Retreat and Mackerel Beach as well as the waterfront suburbs Cottage Point, Church Point, Bayview, Mona Vale and Newport. 
 
Tanya Mottl is the licencee of Century 21 Showcase Pittwater. She was born and bred to local real estate agents, George & Sheena Mottl. As a child, she was walked around Scotland Island and the nearby bays in the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park while her parents showed properties and yachts! She attended local schools. She sails, bushwalks and lives locally.
